My experience as a Content Writer was gained working for four years in the e-commerce industry of Pakistan and the United Kingdom, from 2019 to 2023 I have garnered a deep understanding of content writing, SEO, and growth marketing.

 

I have written 170 in-depth art and culture articles for various print and digital media publications covering Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. I've had the privilege of conducting interviews with influential figures in the art world, such as Sheikha Hoor Al Qasimi, the Director of The Sharjah Art Foundation, during the Lahore Biennale 2020.

 

My writing repertoire encompasses entertainment, film, tourism, dance, music, theatre, food, social activism and art. Through my work, I have established a robust network of social and professional connections within these communities. I am a trained Art Therapy Practitioner and have completed multiple training courses starting in 2017 at NOWPDP, Karachi specializing in facilitating differently abled children from the ages 5 to 18.

 

To further my training in psychotherapy, I successfully completed the Level 3 of the Humanistic Counselling & Psychotherapy program at Therapy Works in February 2021. I have attended two Creative Transformations psychotherapy group programs and have continuously expanded my experience in this field since 2021 in Lahore.

 

I completed an Internal Family Systems (IFS) course led by an independent practitioner, delving into the critical and fundamental modalities using experiential and peer learning formats from February 2023 to July 2023.

 

I am deeply passionate about utilizing these diverse experiences and unique expertise in content creation and art therapy to assist both businesses and individuals in accomplishing their objectives eagerly embracing new challenges and aspiring to make a meaningful impact in the world.
